    Alain Adam

    Co-founder & CEO

    Alain is an experienced CEO and serial entrepreneur in the electronics and software industry. Before joining Siama Systems in January 2012, Alain co-founded and held the position of CEO at Radio IP Software Inc. Radio IP’s intellectual property that has been deployed around the world and that has generated a multi-million dollar revenue stream for the startup. Alain holds a Bachelor degree in computer science and management from Université de Sherbrooke.

    Marco Mascitto

    Co-founder & CTO

    Marco has lead product strategy and marketing for a number of telecom equipment vendors for the past 15 years. During his time as CTO of Canoga Perkins Corp., he witnessed the evolution and adoption of Carrier Ethernet in the industry. Marco has a strong foundation in embedded systems architecture and design, intimately understands the details of how large service providers deliver and service assure their service offerings, and has taken many products from the concept stage through to production deployments. Marco has contributed to numerous Metro Ethernet Forum Technical Specifications, is a member of the IEEE-SA, and has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University.

    Danny Rousseau

    Vice-President of Sales

    Danny contributes his decades of business development and account management experience to Siama Systems, along with his strong entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to joining Siama in 2017, Danny held the position of Senior Account Manager at VIAVI Solutions, Vice-President of Sales for Accedian Networks, and was Senior Account Manager at Alcatel-Lucent for more than 20 years. Danny holds a bachelor in Applied Science from University of Quebec in Montreal, a masters degree in Business Administration from the School of Management Sciences in Montreal and is also a graduate of the Executive MBA program of the University of Paris Dauphine in Paris.

  • André Dupont

    André Dupont

    Director of R&D

    André Dupont brings over 20 years of R&D experience in telecom and packet switching product development to Siama Systems. André began his career at Memotec Communications and EICON Technologies as protocol stack designer for SNA, X.25, and Frame relay products. While holding key product development positions at Positron Fiber Systems, Nortel Networks, Hyperchip, and Accedian Networks, he developed hands-on experience in the fields of SONET, Ethernet switching, IP routing, and protection switching. André brings his years of experience as a chief systems architect to his new role as Director of R&D at Siama Systems. André holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Sherbrooke University.

  • Embedded Systems Software Developer

    Siama Systems is developing test and measurement products for service providers, enterprise, data centres and the computer networking industry.

    We are seeking an experienced embedded systems software developer with the following skills:

    • Knowledge of embedded systems for carrier-class telecommunications products.
    • C, C++, Java development expertise.
    • Experience developing on Linux platforms. Real-time OS experience is an asset.
    • Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, Ethernet (802.3) and Ethernet Bridging (802.1Q).
    • Knowledge of SNMP, TELNET/SSH, TLS, HTTP, FTP, IPv6, Y.1731/802.1ag an asset.

    Location: Montreal, Quebec
    Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) employee
    Requirements: 5 or more years of experience
